Conducted the following initiatives:

June 5, 2007 – June 7, 2007 Participated in KBA Virtual Job Fair.

Participated in Job Fair on April 17, 2007 held by Shawnee Community College:

The station in cooperation with Idea Bank and SESAC participated in a scholarship program to assist students in pursuing a career in broadcasting. Aired announcements on all stations to encourage participation. Announcements aired Feb. 1 – Feb. 15, 2008.

Job Orientation on March 27, 2008. Scout watch/shadowed the staff and operations.
